If they really want to ensure LA can't match they should offer him a $4.25M per year contract, but that would cost a first and third in next year's draft. Well I know there's not a whole lot of news to write about, but it would be nice to hear if there's even a plan for a new Flames writer...

I mean we thought it was rough when we didn't have a draft day blog, but what if we know there's no draft day blog? I might pop in once in a while, but if there aren't going to be any Flames blogs on the horizon it might be a long time till I do come back.
