i do like the idea of a condo. there were some i liked when i lived in beautiful thorofare, nj but i fear that city is going downhill soon. so now i'm looking for condos around where i work in case i ever get the guts and money to do it. i know i eventually will. renting is dumb. i have a sweet deal right now but i'm not gonna live in this place forever.

there are some pretty good looking ones within 20 minutes of my job. really want a garage but they all seem so much more expensive if they have a garage.

it doesn't sound corny. i should make it a goal because i will procrastinate for frigging ever if i don't force myself to start thinking about it. and i do want to make sure i do it. i can't keep renting forever. that just feels like giving money away.
