is it kind of gimmicky? yes. but i've had it for a few days now and the hits are ridiculously smooth, especially when it just comes out of the freezer. so if it works i guess it's kind of gimmicky but its gimmick kind of works. gimme a sec, writing that sentence made me fall out of my chair.

anyway, just the top part, above that plastic clip, goes in the freezer.

also, i got the one with an inline perc. that's why the bottom looks so weird. but the inline perc seems to work about as well as a tree perc, which i like just fine, and i guess i only really need that after the chill is off the coil anyway.

this brand is called phoenix star and i found them by accident when i was buying a gift. the glass is the thickest of any bong i've ever owned. i have not been paid for this statement!

this worked out better than the phillies hats.

here it is! it's a big steamroller pipe and the whole thing goes in the freezer. the middle part with the coil is where the glycerin is, just like with the bong.
