At this point his spot is up in the air. If he can earn a spot in the big club, I'd bet he's playing winger somewhere in the middle 6.

But long term, if he turns into what they hope, id bet he's the guy they want at 2c behind mcdavid going forward.

Who says he can't be a great LW? One of the issues he had defensively was played too deep in the offensive zone ( like a winger) and wasn't in position when the other team took possession. Putting a Center on the wings is way easier than a Winger at Center.

Edit: of course theirs Lander...who is a good Center but useless as nipples on an iron chest plate as a winger.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if he spends some time on landers wing this season.

Especially if chiarelli spends some real dollars on a defender and we're abit it cash strapped

As we both know, judging now is ludicrous... but having both of them as 2c's makes for EDM vs BUF SCF in 4-5 years. Incredible 2c's if you ask me.

It won't be tougher when Bogosian is injured or in the penalty box.
