I wouldn't say its gotten that far, but all of this over a coach?

I just want a coach in place and his staff in place before the draft.

It's a big career decision.

He's the guy that is going to set the bar for all other coaches as far as salary is concerned.

I'd take my time with it too in order to be sure I was making the right choice.

10yrs working for a company has a certain loyalty to it too. I'd guess most on here have made a choice to leave one company to see if the grass is greener.

I know you moved 1500 miles away and I'm sure it wasn't an easy choice.

It's a big career decision.

I've actually made my decision after crossing my t's and dotting my i's. I am moving on. It was more the point of after seven years with the company, which I do not hate by any means. It's simply an opportunity that I feel I would regret passing up later.

It was not at all. However once the decision was made there was only 1 time where I wasn't all in on the decision and that was the day I had to leave my wife and 10 month old child behind to come down here. They followed me a month later.

If he said the decision would come by Wednesday and if its Thursday and he still hasn't decided then I would say its becoming too much. If there is no decision by then I would say he is staying put.
