I think the Canucks 4 LC is an open spot this year. I don't think they will re-sign Richardson.

I am not sure Vey would fill that role even though Jason Botchford is pushing Vey to be a defensive type Center instead of Offensive. We would need to fill it by trade , UFA which is a bad group, existing Comet which is possible or a surprise by Cassels.

Let's wait and see.

Yes. They did this year as well. You get slightly better odds next year though if you finish in that 9-10 spot in your conference.
