To be fair i said eichel will be smashing toronto 6 times a year, and by year two babcock would realize the mistake he made.

Id rather not come off that comment because chances are eichel is already going to be the best player on the sabres next season.

If thats not how it goes, how about tampa bay smashing toronto 6 times a year for the next decade? Either way im laughing a little bit, toronto is so far away. Babcock talked big about winning. He will win enough not to win it all in toronto.

Giving him control of the roster might not be the best thing either, given some of the moves he's rumoured to have wanted.

This i agree with, 25-30 goals 50-60 assists a year. Not to start out but throughout his career.

Mcdavid wont be blowing those numbers out of the water the way scoring is trending. He is not going to be better than crosby was this season in his first year in the NHL.

I was thrilled when LaFontaine left because he thought he could salvage the POC roster we had two years ago. I feel the same way today - there is no way that these guys are going to tank like they should.
