Thats one of the factors that is making his decision. Babcock wants to see coaches across the board getting paid more. I assume he feels that if he leads the way, others will start to get paid better. I have to assume it's tough to get paid 2 million and tell a player making 7 or 8 what to do.

I respect the guy, but Pegula is the one writing the checks. If Murray can collaborate with a high profile coach like Babcock, then maybe his ego is smaller than I think it is
