You're indeed right about Kadri having higher p/60mns.
Last two seasons combined, Bozak had better p/60mns.
Last season Kadri had better p/60mns.

Bozak is facing better competition, but with way better teammates.
It's not a huge difference, although .28 difference is reasonable.

I did agree with you earlier though that Kadri should play on first line (Bozak on third), was just pointing out that Kadri's p/60 has not always been significantly better.
Big reason why Bozak is on 1st line between Kessel and JVR, is because he is 52.7% on faceoffs, and that includes PK, PP and first line C opponents. Kadri is 45% in his career, and that's against 2nd line C men most of the time. the 7%+ difference impact on Kessel and JVR points is not straight forward, but it's normal a coach wants to win faceoffs on key moments and Bozak gives you better chances on that than Kadri
