I don't care. To create the best room, the best team you have to have the best pieces in place prior. Personally I think he's going to be GM as well and allowed (with Shanny's go-ahead) to create the team that he wants... not many coaches get that chance.

Shanny needs a gm to handle contract negotiations, work the phones and the day to day stuff. Babcock isn't that guy, he just wants a say in roster moves.
