See, I disagree. It's a really quick way to ruin a good burger. I'm not a picky eater by any means, so it's pretty rare for me to say I won't eat something.

Every team has the same goal, win the Stanley Cup but "the vision" I am referring to is how to get your team there. It's not a cookie cutter model. Every organization has a different mentality on coaching, drafting, or player acquisition/retention. And while in actuality, Buffalo and Toronto' envisioning of how to win the cup may be fairly similar, it may have come down to how that message was relayed to Babcock.

With the Leafs not winning since 67. It's a safe job for Babcock. No pressure to change the way the Leafs have been.
