Um, this is exactly what a draft is...drafting players with potential.

Nobody thought the 2003 draft was going to be as good as it was or Perry, Erikkson and Bergeron would have gone in the top 10.

It's definitely greasy, so if the tattoo is in an area where your clothes are constantly on it, it'll stain the spot by the tattoo. My last 2 were on my feet, so I didn't have that problem.
