Id rather move up as well, but Im not sure that option will be available. 21 is kind of an awkward spot. There seems to be quite a drop once you get out of the top 15 or 16, may be better served moving down. Not sure the guy at 21 will be that much better than at say 26, and it could get you an extra 2nd.
