How many goals against was he on for

I know it's Tuesday and all but do yourself a favour a learn to read between the lines a bit. I'm not saying Franson is the answer but 'could' be an option for the right price. There are always intangibles involved when it comes to stats...you do know what intangibles means right?

So basically you are saying that the defensive structure of the Rangers doesn't work? For a team that is still playing in the conference finals?

Wow dude...check it at the door...

You have Boyle/Yandle as your offensive threats and Girardi, Mcdonagh, Staal mixing up another pairing or two (plus offensively) and Hunwick, Klein and Summers slotting in when needed.

Where do you think Tanev would fit in that mix? Top 3?

Damn Garrison >> Sbisa + Vey
- Nucker101

Garrison is a very average d-man...we got rid of an NTC. vey is young and may still pan out (50/50 at best). Everyone knows you hate Sbisa with a passion but unless he slept with your GF perhaps we can move onto a new topic.

It looks like the Ogopogo is taking a shlt. That's a weird thing to put on a jersey.

I am a fan of the Rockets myself (one of my work mates son played for the Rockets (Colton Sissons) and even /I/ think that jersey is ugly.

Yah, it's strange, such a successful team/franchise with lots of tradition and it probably has one of the worst uniforms in the CHL.

Colton Sissons, I believe is doing fairly well for himself, no? (that is, as well as you can be doing when you are just 21 years old) Is he still with Nashville?

Oh, and of course you gotta love he's a Vancouver kid

North Van yeah, and he's likely going to make the Preds this coming season. Lead the Norfolk Admirals in scoring his first year and lead the team in goals and shots and shooting percentage this year. I was so pissed that Gillis and co. passed on him in the first round, he plays a lot like Kesler (but without his Richardishness on and off the ice) and likely will take over as captain of the Preds when Weber retires or gets traded. I think an older, less skilled version of Horvat would be a comparable.

Thanks for the summary. Sounds like you've been following his progress from his Kelowna days. Certainly looks to be a keeper. Especially if, as you say, he's comparable to Horvat, not to mention he's already had lots of success at the minor league level. Not many 21 year olds that can step into a situation like that and come away with such heady stats and positive reviews. I definitely wish him luck (and yes, too bad that the Canucks missed out on yet another Vancouver prospect)

Yeah, his mother and I chat quite a bit, when Nashville brought him up 2 years ago for a cup of coffee, I got tickets to see him play the Canucks and he didn't look out of place on their 4th line. For a 19 year old rookie, that's no bad thing.
