More talent in that nipple than the city of Buffalo has ever seen - Sabresfan-365
Are you Nash's little Toadie? Why doesn't he share in the blame based upon his role as their best offensive player, while his team is SHUTOUT for 7 Straight Periods?
You are really climbing trees in that forest of yours..... |

He shares blame, but you're singling him out (which you shouldn't) and calling him the leader (which he isn't).
They lost because the whole team collectively didn't show up (though injuries were a factor too) |

Who is the "Offensive Leader" of the Rangers?
Lundquist did his Job, NASH hasn't done his, Never Has, Never Will! |

So Why is NASH singled out making 7.8 Million , Double to Triple of all of his linemates? I guess I wasn't the only one singling him out. |

I think this is the year to make a splash. ROR probably won't resign with the Avs so get him in here. Offer up Grigorenko+. Then I'd go and bring in a top young and upcoming goalie to the Sabres. Seeing how well Andersen has played in the playoffs Gibson may be available. I'd also make a big pitch for Vasilevsky. One of the two would be my first choice. Subban, Fucale or Saros are others. |

Stepan, Kreider, Hagelin, St. Louis, Hayes were all MIA tonight as well, they don't have a standout guy like ovi or stamkos, lots of scoring by committee. Nash was 2nd on the team in points and led the team in assists for the playoffs.
Sometimes the other team is just better. |

If Grigorenko + was all it took he'd be a sabre by now.
My guess is it's something like Zadorov, 21 and something else. |

Wow......you sure defend to the wall for the Highest Paid Player on the team, yes, the team didn't bring it, your 8 Million Dollar Star is supposed to lead not follow, its fair to hold him to a higher standard than Hagelin, Hayes, Kreider, Stepan, St. Louis, You just can't admit that NASH didn't spark his team!
He is paid to Score, Set up Chances, Those other guys don't have the Talent of NASH but they have bigger hearts. You want your highest paid player to be compared to Hagelin and Hayes!!! |

Based upon your standards, ROR should be traded for Kaleta.

You're 100% right, not sure what got into me. I don't often get the chance to mingle with those as bright as yourself, I guess i was just jealous and looking to fit in. I'm very young and have a lot of growing up and learning to do but i'm very thankful that you could provide me this lesson in humility. From now on I assure you I will read more and post less until i am ready and worthy. |

The rangers met a better team in tampa. i applaud the rangers on making it this far by supporting their best player, lundquist, but i cant remember the last time a team passively won the stanley cup. And that comment has nothing to do with fighting or physicality. Its about owning the majority of the ice. |

Skilled and fast players win these series. That's what kills me about people that are worried about goaltending. |

I love when a guy makes it all the way to the Eastern conference finals, in game 7, THEN gets called heartless, like this is the 1st meaningful game he's ever played in. |

I am a big bolt fan but...............
reality is it all came down to 1 period in game 7
The bolts remind me of the sabres after the first lock out, with the exception of them having an elite player added |

While I do like how the Ducks play, I'm pulling for the 'Hawks ....that would be a good final series....then we are off to the Draft.
No 5hatthe Rangers are out...does Bylsma call Arneil?
And what is taking him so long to name Irbe as Goa lie Coach. C'mon Ray Charles can see what is needed there....lock him in for 4 years and go get a young goalie to learn the craft during that time. |
