it was literally so often back then that i don't remember a lot of the particular episodes. every second of every day was painful. it was work to even move.

those shots made it where i can at least live my life. it's a long AF needle but i will do it again in a heartbeat when that kind of pain comes back.

im not handling it very smart i dont think. Spent friday helping my sister and her family unload a giant U-Haul truck and tomorrow im making a 6-hour drive to (frank)in Virginia

you're right about the part about not handling it very smart.

remember the ice. sometimes heat helps by loosening up the muscles i guess. but most of the time swelling is what's causing the pain and heat will only make that worse where ice will reduce the swelling (and the numbness is nice too). they say to rotate heat and ice on and off but, for me anyway, i eventually just went with ice and stopped doing heat altogether.
