actually, Mother Merck is currently manufacturing both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.....cash cow with no outlaying of research and development. That was the entire plan, and at the end of the day a huge financial windfall. No entity can manufacture quick enough to kill off Americans by the end of Summer, so it is a village of multi-trillion dollar companies (frank)ing society for the next 40 years.

The variants are key here, $$$$$$$ to be made creating the boosters for each one.... because Biden promised to take care of America, he has to pay trillions. SARS-CoV-2 mutates like a mother(frank)er and will devastate the evil empire of the USA, allowing China to cripple the entire country....keep an eye out for the Denmark Variant, holy poop, that will shut down all the homo states with democratic governors.

They stopped during their own trials. Doesn't sound like a well thought-out plan. And that's wasted money that could have went to you. Thus, incompetence.

The IFPMA decided to have various manufacturers each tackle a different aspect, the abandonment was a required move by the IFPMA and ultimately the FDAs Operation Warp Speed (which is failing at Logistics and I think Kicksave856 could straighten them out there) to get into the manufacturing pipeline. Federal money was used at the onset, if the development was a logical next step the government induced more research by eliminating bureaucracy. Couple that with the manufacturing that must continue for all the other vaccines for all the other ailments and protections required and one can make more money by making other peoples stuff they cant handle on their own, subcontracted manufacturing with no risk and all reward.

The Merck business model was drawn up in February, when Asia and Europe were getting (frank)ed. So far it has been very good financially as the backbone R&D funds have been replenished and the manufacturing subcontracts are lucrative and not reflected in stock prices or dividends as it goes into the operating funds allocated by the Government. Which results in higher wages and a better outcome, in 2022 Merck will be positioned to engage in their new pipeline of therapies that will emerge from the approvals while others regroup after pissing away 2 years researching a loser of a money maker.

So Merck Murck knew they never were going to be able to come up with a vaccine, or intentionally planned to never ever come up with one which worked, yet willingly accepted stole and subsequently wasted our taxpayer money for the only intention of enriching themselves?
