For the first time in 3 years my office private bathroom was the recipient of a healthy yet grotesque fecal dropping with a 5 minute return trip to fully evacuate the colon in it's entirety

I lost at least 5 pounds of overall weight

Long Story Short

New Years Eve someone tried to break into my house (so I thought) and kicked in my storm door. I was on my couch watching tv, after I realized what happened , the put on a pair of shorts and ran out the door, So Im shoeless and shirtless and I encounter 2 individuals that I think are responsible.
I confront them, argue and an altercation ensues. I beat the bejesus out of the Big one. I wound up sustaining a Boxer's fracture and obliterating the middle joint of my ring finger......

I go to my neighbors to get my finacee and they thought I cut my finger off in the kitchen, I call the cops and tell her we have to go to the hospital, Within minutes of the altercation ending, different groups of people showed up at my house , friends and family of the suspects

The cops arrive and for brevity, I got arrested because I coulded prove it was them and I gave chase. I spent the night in jail and was charged with Felony 1 Aggrevated assualt and a few other misdemeanors....our (frank)ing laws are a joke

I required surgery. I had a rod placed in my 5th metacarpal and 2 pins inserted into the joint of my ring finger.

My attorney is the best defense attorney in the city....McMonagle, a star Pennsylvania defense attorney who started off working as a prosecutor in the DA's office, has reportedly represented mobsters, rappers, athletes and a retired cardinal of the Catholic Church during an investigation into how the archdiocese of Philadelphia handled the allegations of priests' sexual abuses....and me

So I had court on Tuesday, waived my preliminary hearing and the DA agreed to place me in an ARD program, which will expunge my record.

With my hand, I was unable to participate in clinical this semester had to drop back to the cohort behind me; which is 4 months behind. But I would have been able to continue with the program if anything came back on my background check
