Not only that, but this is a lot of moves and after Bylsma signed it was basically said that we shouldn't expect too much movement. They may make a few small tweaks, but for the most part, they aren't bringing in a bunch of UFAs or anything.

I don't think that even happens. They pretty much just want to let the kids grow, so moving one for a guy that's older doesn't seem to fit. Especially since Murray said the only guys he's targeting are 24 and under.

What I expect to happen.

1) Draft Eichel
2) use 2nd first round pick in a trade for established NHL Winger.
3) Sign a D-man
4) Sign a goalie

1) Draft Eichel
2) Trade 21 + to move up to grab Konecny or Meier.
3) Trade 31 for Lack and sign Neuvirth
4) Sign Frolik
5) trade for a LD

I dont want to give up any assets for a goalie. Plenty capable ones out there in FA.

The only FA goalies worth a damn are Ramo and Dubnyk and they'll probably both re-sign with their teams. The rest is garbage.

edit- I did mention in my earlier post that I would sign Neuvirth. Trade for one and sign the other is my plan.
