I don't consider anyone soft who's willing to go to the front of the net. I've seen Krejci score a few on the doorstep. You got to be hard to play in that war zone. - bloatedmosquito
It's a little easier to go to those areas when you have a large dog backing you up YES? |

You can't talk to them. In their eyes... The B's are protectors of all that is Holy and Sacred.
And if you ask them... Protectors of Teen Virginity... Though I suspect it has more to do with Lucic Cheapshots. - rugdnit
Not the ones here, there more at HF and many of them say that Lucic has always benefited from playing with Krejci and struggles to create offense on his own. For 6M I want a forward who can create offense either for himself or his teammate. |

But but but. I remember them going off that Hansen should get 20 games for elbowing hossa but Keith might deserve one game for his elbow on danny. Like, wtf |

No way is Lucic worth 6 Million. He got paid for a Cup. B's MGT can live with that contract. |

Who is the large dog. Lucic is a bit©h. He watches pretty (frank)ing closely who he grabs.
And its alright for him to throw cheap shot punches but wrong for guys to do it back. |

[Wtf?
They catch people cheating they punish them. The browns got fined 400k and lost a pick for a text on the sideline
The falcons lost a 5th rounder and 250k for pumping noise into the stadium.
And they both admitted it soon as acussed.
The patriots refused to co operate , they refused to own up to it and its their 2nd offense.
- Bieksa#3
You and Darius are right in that cheating is cut and dry. I guess it is fair but I really don't see how either team takes any advantage from it. Also doesn't he still deny it? Has anything even been prove? |

Lucic does alot of things that emboldens his teammates.
Without him and Big Z that little rat doesn't pull near the crap he does.
Physical players buy space for everybody.
Not saying I like much of anything Lucic does... Watching him the last few years... He's still taking Victory Laps from 2011. |

As it should be.
What I can't understand is the fan(s) that wants to raise money to pay for the fines of athletes, coaches, teams that all earn( ) huge amounts of money, beyond that of the average fan.
Still don't understand the Leafs fans who boast about how they got Babcock and the money wasn't important.
(I'm jealous) |

Yes, he does. Which again hurts the integrity of the game. Goodall has straight up said. The suspension can change. I just want the info we asked for. If you give me that and you did nothing wrong then we will throw it out the window. If there is more people involved it might be worse.

As I've said a few times. I love how people are saying how shrwed shanny is for convincing him to come. Ffs sakes offered him 25 mill or double more then any other team. Watching him get stamkos on at 16 mill per and get more credit - Bieksa#3
This. Babcock was let go in Anaheim and Carlyle was brought in and they won a cup. Not that Babcock isn't a good coach but Jebus Crisco 25 mil is a joke. Anyone would leave for that. He would be a retard not to. Shanny is an idiot. |

We're talking air in a ball. - thundachunk
Which could make it easier for Brady to throw (because he's got big hands) and not get intercepted. How do we know that he's the QB he is because of his talent, or because of letting air out of the ball? It speaks to the integrity of the game. There are rules for how much pressure is supposed to be in each game ball provided by each team, if one set of balls is lighter than the other, that gives the Pats an advantage because they would've been able to practice USING those balls and theoretically be better with them than another team that uses fully inflated ones.
I equate it to steroids, you can argue just how much of an advantage it gives, but it's still cheating. And like someone else said, risk/reward versus consequences, he got caught, he lied and refuses to turn over emails/texts/etc that were pertinent. Sounds to me like he had something to hide. If he'd have come clean and said, yes, I might have said something to the effect that I'd like the balls a certain way, but I never actually outright told them to break the rules to do it, he might just have been fined and not suspended.
As to his legacy, he's got 4 Superbowls to his name and has been just as, if not more successful than Manning who only has 1 Superbowl ring but has the better regular season stats. This isn't going to hurt him one bit unless it comes out that he's done this his whole career and it can be proved that it gave him a huge advantage over everyone else. It's more likely that any advantage he got was minor at best and once defenses started to catch on and adjust it was gone. |
