You won't go back. For the toppings I use spicy pickles (we just slice a jalapeño every time we buy a jar of pickles and toss it in) and dice a couple of tomatoes and marinate them in ponzu (my franks, I put that shlt on everything) balsamic vinegar, fresh minced thyme and basil, minced garlic and olive oil. Let the tomatoes marinate for at least an hour and when the burgers are done, drain and pile on top.

Shlt, I'm turning into Marwood.

I don't think I've had the pleasure. She sounds like a hell of a cook though.

My mom and dad are great. Sometimes growing up you don't realize it.
My wife calls my dad "cat nip for kids". There's 9 grandchildren and they are all, all over him. Papa, papa papa.
And my father in law is great. Just he'd rather have a small visit with the kids and then be on his way. You know, they're your kids do what you want, because I'm done raising kids

- Bieksa#3

Both my parents and wifes parents are great with Tyler. The only issue we have is my father in laws gf keeps trying to get us to agree to let him call her grandma...she doesn't understand that it is not ever f@$%ing happening. So far Tyler loves his sister and always wants to hold her(got some great pics). But grandma(my mom) is not allowed to hold to hold her. Apprently grandma belongs to him.

Best way i found to make sauteed mushrooms/onions for your burger is to line tin foil with bacon. put onion/mush in the middle and wrap. cook on the grill for 1 hour(depending on the temp you use)

Juice has a no-trade and no interest in moving. I think he is equally motivated by winning and his legacy as a career canuck who will either be in the ring of honour or have his number retired. Currently he has played 597 games. 5 more seasons will get him to 1000 games. Is he a Chris Chelious type who gets better with age? He is 33 now with a contract with only 1 year on it then he is a UFA. I think he will stay at a lower salary but longer term.

If he gets 800 games... Ring of Honour.
If he gets 1000 games... Jersey Retired.

Was reading the Comments of the Oilers Blog and, did you know we have 4 Stud D-men?? They want Bieksa!!!!

Lack may or may not turn out to be an NHL starter. Truthfully he has 4 stud dmen in front of him right now. Scrivens would look like a starter if Edm had Hamhuis, Bieksa, Edler and Tinev. If we are able to trade with a division rival, then we should be looking at their d since most of their salary goes to them and they are in a good place to add some young depth with Horvat emerging.

I would rather gamble with Talbot, Jones, Elliot... if we are looking to add a player that has only few periods of starting time under their belt. Elliot might have the largest payoff but he is the biggest gamble. His SO numbers are silly good even when you consider the team he is on.

I used to get something similar when my father in law was alive.
I'd be talking to my young son, toddler age, asking him stuff, seeing what he knows, father in law would start answering for him...

finally just told him, I know you know, trying to find out if my kid knows

my wife does something similar and I just say I want to hear it from him... sometimes we are just like our parents and don't realize it.

hey rugdnit, how old is your mom? mine is always calling to see how I am doing and then just wants to tell me what is up with her... which is okay, but I can't get a word in.

She's 65 and you just described exactly what she does. Holy cow. Do we have the same mother? Unbelievable.
