We all know that Eichel has the physical tools to be great in this league. There's no point in arguing, promoting or dismissing it. It's the mental aspect of his game that I want to know is there. Will he have the ability to elevate his game when it really matters? It's what makes Toews and Kane so great. Very few players have it. I think McDavid has shown more of it thus far than Eichel has, but neither have played an NHL game.

There is uncertainty about every single kid in the draft, every single one could crumble come playoff time. The point I was trying to make is that don't dismiss a kid's physical tools, if this kind of stuff didn't matter, they wouldn't be testing it.

Thats some crazy talk man, there is no second guessing who the number 1 pick is. Eichel will be great but McDavid could and looks like he will be a generational talent

Ennis is a top 6 RW.

I would take Nash in a heartbeat, and generally think we would be contending by his 3rd year here, which at that point he'd still be a 30 goal scorer who could be our version of Hossa when we compete for a cup.
