I think he can. His PP time and opportunity dropped and he got 11 pts less than the yr before on the PP. I think you could at least pencil in 60+ pts and good two-way play. Nothing elite but solid.

most could afford him if they move out one player around 3-4 mil, which TO would eat im sure as long as a good pick or prospect coming back.

A contract has to come back to make the cost/benefit work out.

If the Leafs take Weiss from Detroit that effectively makes Dion a 5 milly dman for them. Dion at 5 milly should have solid value.
