Maybe.
I'd move him to wing 1st on the 2nd line. - dadeadhead
IMO, they have enough skilled guys, they need to get a lot bigger and they need D help badly, I think Draisaitl could help achieving that. |

Draisaitl will be the Oilers 3rd line centre, there is no pressing need to move him because we have a ton of other prospects/picks that can be used to accomplish the same results. |

He could.
I do think he's going to be a guy you hate to play against and a guy you want on your team. |

Reinhart will be lucky to be the best forward in his draft class with how Bemnett, Draisaitl and Larkin have looked so far. Any one of them could be the best - sbroads24
Any of them could be the best, only 1 has shown any sort of looking like they belong in the league and it took 9 months for him to get there.
Reinhart a better World Juniors, Draisaitl needs more time. Give Reinhart a real line and let him develop.
Way too early for this conversation |

As they should.
He would help the PP out significantly |

Larkin looked great in college
Draisaitl was a train wreck in his 37 NHL games.
Bennett looked good while surrounded by actual NHL talent. Something I believe how Reinhart would have looked had we not had a very inept roster. - dadeadhead
Draisaitl looked exactly how Reinhart looked, not ready.
Draisaitl had a great year once he went back and won MVP |

Draisaitl wasn't at the world juniors and he did win the WHL playoff MVP and the Memorial Cup MVP. Hell and his games in the NHL were under Eakins, the whole team sucked under Eakins |

Personally, I believe Reinhart will end up being the better fit for the Sabres, if Girgensons moves to wing and plays a top 6 role, if he doesn't we could have had Girgensons as our #2 Center and Sam Bennett and a #1 RW. But yes, it's way too early |

No but Larkin was and Reinhart out played him.
It is still a toss up |

If Girgensons is our 3rd line center (assuming Murray round out the top 6) I think that we have one hell of a team. |

Yeah it's way too early for this debate but I am quite happy the Oilers picked Draisaitl, his size is exactly what is needed for a centre in the Western conference |

That begs the question, do you move him to wing, or trade him?
He is a top 6 player IMO |

Oilers will take the best player in the draft and that is Connor mcdavid . Draisaitl is a beast and will stay in Edmonton . Deep down the middle is a great asset to have . |

I would play him on the third line and have three scoring lines to defend against, there is nothing wrong with our top 6 now but if Yak continues to struggle I would consider playing him 2nd line RW for awhile and use Lander as 3rd line centre. |

He would absolutely fill the hole they have as an offensive D man.
How much would it take is the question.
The other 2015 1st and...? |

That's a good question. I think he'll be a UFA after next season and the Rags don't have a lot of cap space so my guess is possibly picks and prospects?

An absolute must. If somebody beats you to the punch and gets him prior to 7/1, so be it.
Too much risk involved to get him prior to 7/1. |

Coyotes retained have his salary for next year.
I really think they will try anything to unload Girardi or Boyle 1st. Yandle is under 3 mil for them |

The biggest market, to me, would be for Yandle of those three, which means any trade for him will be more than Buffalo would probably want to lose. |

I think the Yotes retained $3M from Yandle. Didn't they also trade Ducalair for him? Pretty pricey. I don't see them moving Girardi but Boyle at the deadline, maybe.
