If the Coyotes are fielding offers for pick #3 are Strome, Marner and Hanifin perhaps not as good as we think? When was the last top 3 pick dealt? |

I think teams are going for Hanifin at 3. Yotes have OEL, and Stone and need offense.
Colorado, Philly, and a few others could make big offers for Hanifin |

Wow.......That "James" shot was simply "GREASY-GOOD!"
Just because I can have an articulate debate concerning (Jordan vs. Lebron) certainly doesn't taint my ability to witness "Greatness"
I can like Curry but James is handed Curry's Jock to him! |

It's not really a coincidence that any goaltender that's looked good with another team has looked awful with Edmonton. That tells me that Edmonton is the problem and not the goaltender.
Dubnyk has actually changed the way he plays since he's been there there. NHL.com had an article about it. Has to do with the way he tracks the puck and anticipates the play in front of him. - HonkFortheGoose
We don't need a 5 mill a yr goalie IMO. |

Did it turn out being smart in taking a D high? I mean top 5? Unless they are extraordinary like Doughty and Chris Pronger, Ekblad when there was little choice I'm not sure I would. I don't know how good Hanifin is or will be, haven't seen him play much but Craig Button doesn't think he'll be dominant for whatever that is worth. |

I heard today that Hanifin might not be the 1st defenseman taken from one of the NHL.com writers. |

That's simply a strategy to generate hits to the website. Make no mistake. Hanifin gets picked no later than #4. |

I know. Still, when one of the supposed "reliable" scouting sources (I believe it was Central Scouting) puts Dylan Strome ahead of Jack Eichel, I have to question people's motives when they make an outlandish claim like that. |

Victor Hedman forgot about him playing like an MVP in the playoffs. I'm surprised he didn't include Bogo in that list since he was chosen #3 in 2008. |
