I've had agreements and disagreements with Oilers fans over the past couple years, but I'll put gas in the bus if you're driving it.

That lovely individual spent the better part of a year trolling our boards after the vanek deal, only to disappear this year after about november.

I know mtl needs some offense and the Oilers need a goalie and some defensemen. Don't know if they can make a trade or not.

question for oilers fans (just musing, not actually thinking there's any chance of this happening)

would you be willing to move the 1st overall pick for a package similar to what quebec got for lindros back then?

Colorado likely never wins the cup without moving Lindros, but I wonder if any fan base would tolerate a deal where the player didn't refuse to report to the team drafting him first overall.

Just thinking of how multiple qualities pieces like Quebec received back then would go a heck of a long way to instantly upgrading the Oilers in multiple areas.

Like I said, I can't ever see it actually happening, but would would you guys feel about that?
