I tried to do my usual 3 mile run yesterday. Between the crazy humidity we had and the fact that I somehow (frank)ed up my hip this past weekend, I only managed to get thru 2.5 before I had to walk.

The Road to the Stadium Series & Road to the Winter Classic documentaries are interesting watches. Shows the behind the scenes of hockey that you don't usually see. They're both on netlfix if anybody wanted to check them out, but I will warn that there's a LOT of swearing lol.

get the distance done. It kinda doesnt matter how you do them. unless you're looking to win a race, just logging the miles is more important.
