My left shoulder (im a lefty) is shot, I am delaying surgery as long as possible. My golf game has gotten better because I can't over swing, but don't ask me to swing a bat or throw a ball

Don't delay, a close friend had his surgically repaired, hardest part was 6month rehab, but if you put the rehab in seriously, you will feel like your shoulder is 20 yrs old again...

I don't have to do to the rotator thankfully so my rehab will be mostly 6 weeks 8 at the most. I was originally worried it was the rotator and so was my doctor but its not thankfully.

His was rotator, but they've come so far with shoulder surgery over the past 10 yrs
