The speculation is Oshie and Schwartz for Nash so if you can match that in value then maybe there's a discussion to be had.

If that is the case, let STL have him

Getting somebody like Nash would be a great lift to the team, both for next year and beyond, however, now is not the time to make what I would call an all in move.

Now is the time to throw a bunch of feelers out there and potential deals to see if other teams will bite.

Essentially, bargain shopping with the cap and other teams cap issues.

it's not about better value, rangers are in their cup window, they need nhl players who can replace the production lost by moving nash. Foligno and Larsson don't do that. Especially if the speculation about getting Oshie and Schwartz is true.
