As frustrated as I get with Edler at times, getting back some combination of Greening or Cowan and moving up 5 draft spots presents no value whatsoever to this organization now or in the future.

We can absolutely get better offers.

I like Edler and think he is a top pairing D for another year or so, although I think his back issues have severely limited his ability.

I think the trouble once again would be convincing Edler to waive his NTC, would he waive for Edm, Col, Car, Cal, Clb, Dal, even if the those teams are willing to offer more?

If we're trading Edler to OTT, I'm asking for Zibanejad in return straight up.
