Strome very well could have...but nothing I read about this years draft say the top players after Eichel and McD are superior to the top players of previous years. What I am hearing is that the top 20 in the first round are very good where as in previous years it drops off at about 7 or 8.

Well it's mostly because if strome put up these numbers last year and if it was his draft year as well he may go ahead of Leon but how do any of us know and no one knows who will be a better player in the NHL

Don't be surprised if he's moved for less than expected. I'm not saying you're going to get him for a song, but they're listening harder than you think.

If this is going to be put out there, let's tell how it actually happened. First off that guy has spent the last few days trolling the Oilers thread and then suddenly popped on tonight and said that his friends who were scouts said that the Oilers have soured on Draisaitl due to his poor playoff performance. So naturally we didn't believe him and still don't and pointed out that he was the WHL playoff mvp and the memorial cup mvp so why wouldn't they have soured on him, don't they hand those awards out to the worst players?
