Do you guys think Reinhart will be in the +30 to 40 range next year or +50 to 60 range?

I'm hoping Sam is a 30-40 point, two-way, J. Hecht-utility type (who can be plugged in on pp & pk as well) early on in his career.

And hopefully he blossoms into our version of Patrice Bergeron. Smart, steady, skilled, and reliable.

We don't need another Zemgus. We need a Meier or a Merkley. Despite the fact that Crouse could probably join the NHL next year and score 20 points.

Ya, of all the draftees, Crouse is last on my list in the 1st round.
Not enough scoring, but he is a mountain of a young man...if he develops more scoring, he could be awesome.

A player who doesn't score all that much in juniors doesn't tend to score in the nhl

I think in 3 to 5 years he will be the spitting image of Bergeron.

So what if the Sabres are interested in Ramo what does anyone know about about him? Does he have #1 potential? I've seen him play but not a ton.

One thing I'd really like to see is improvement on faceoffs next year. I know it probably won't be any better than last year, and probably could even be worse. I just hope Reinhart or Eichel can be an ace on faceoffs. I've missed having one of those go to faceoffs guys...

Not really, Ek thinks he's a franchise guy so we should probably stay clear.

Seriously though, his numbers suggest he'd make a decent back up.

If that's the case then stear clear unless our scouts see him as a starter and can get him for cheap.

Skinner's high-flying style is cut from the same cloth as guys like Pat Kane & Max Domi...

I have a feeling Skinner would/could/should compliment Sam Reinhart perfectly.

Though as a left-handed shooter, moving Skinner to the RW would open him up for better shooting angles and easier one-timers. E.Kane/Eichel/Skinner would be deadly for sure.

as far as offensive/defensive responsibility, that makes sense. But it'd be a physically very weak line.

Sounds like a great side-kick for Zemgus Girgensons actually.
- SuperCat

So does Marcus Foligno and Hudson Fasching. Give it up. We don't need Crouse.

I really want him if Werneski or Provo aren't there at 10. He would be the ideal winger for Dutch.

Every line gets their beefcake Winger. Dutch/Crouse Mack/Landy 3C/McGinn

he makes a lot more sense for you guys to really anchor down for your scoring stars. That is, like you said, a great defenseman is not available.

Eichel was very good on faceoffs during the Worlds, so hopefully that trend continues.

Im sure if they picked him the Avs would be getting a lot of flack from the Armchair GMS here how we can still be picking forwards.

Avs have decent D prospects in Bigras, Woods, Butcher, Geertsen...outside of Bleackley they have 0 forward prospects. I won't be shocked if they go strong on Wingers in this draft, at least 4 of their picks.

Mike? Is Grigo changing his name in an attempt to trick Murray into thinking he's Canadian?

I feel like last week he was the major piece in your trade offer for Dippy OReilly last week. Now he's only worth $350? Geeze

Even better. Benn might be the most dominant two-way player in the game today.

I think I would have to agree with that statement

What makes anyone think that if Murray moves up from 21 that's not to make a deal for a " star" player and not just to move up in the draft.

Is Ramo any good? I really don't want to spend anything more than the Isles second on a goalie. As someone else said a few pages back for all we know Neuvirth could be as good as any of the ones that are on the block.
