If it comes under 71, the cap strapped teams will be dealing.

I know some people aren't a fan of his but he is far younger than a lot of other goalies who have been talked about (who are available) I've been saying for months Gibson, Anderson, subban or vasilevsky won't be moved. Those teams will keep those goalies and dump their expensive bishops or rask's first due to cap issues.


Talbot is 28, has shown a half season of production. Rumored high price.

Lack 27. Hum ho. I think he could be a decent starter. 2nd rd plus a prospect is asking price now. 51 MAY be worth it

Lehner only 23! very young. To put it in perspective Ryan Miller had a cup of coffee in the NHL at 23. He wasn't a regular for 2 years after Lehners age. If costs not even a 2nd why not. Flip grigo or a 4th this year and a 3rd next year. He gets another concussion no big loss on price.

Really ANY goalie that can get their first concussion can get ruined. Effects everyone different. Look at Kevin kolb. One punch knockout. I wouldn't let that effect us if we get lehner dirt cheap.

Ive been back and forth on whether the gamble is worth it. I know how concussions had effected me. I think its worth a risk as long as we have had a capable back up. I just don't want him career to be a mirror image of mike smiths.
