I loved every second of that 7-1 game 6 loss to the Sabres back in 2006. Some of the best times of my life.

It's a bit of a chicken egg thing tho... a strong KHL that's on par w/ the NHL (the best incentive) can't happen under present conditions... they need more of their best kids to stay, or they'll always just be an NHL feeder.

I'm okay with that. If the AHL started paying player 6 mil tax free and still drew 5,000 people to their games and failed it wouldn't bother me a bit. See also IHL.

I can't say that I LOVE watching EVERY second of flyers hockey, but regardless of whether they're winning or losing, it's always fun to watch you're favorite team compete, it's fun to watch your favorite player (s), and I do love watching other teams, and other players, and just hockey in general.

According to our new hockey writer Hextall and team have pegged 10 players in the draft who can contribute at the NHL level next season.

I hope we don't have a "we know more than anyone" spectacle of a pick at 7.

It will be more anger from most here

After the suspense is over and the selections made, then it will require more waiting most likely. Players drafted could be years away from playing for the Flyers. That's why I'm not that hyped up about it personally.

The draft holds me over to free agency. After the first 4-5 days of free agency, I'm going Han Solo and freezing myself until the pre-season.

Trust me, I've got this figured out.
