Would UFA Fehr be considered for the 4th line center?
- errey12

If Fehr were playing 4C, the Pens would have to be absolutely stacked in the top 9 because he usually is either a 2nd line winger or 3C.

Too expensive in my book for fourth line duties. He's my primary back up plan to Soderberg.
- Victoro311

Agreed. Much rather use in house options or Spaling. Possibly even a UFA Comeau type of deal.

I dunno about his cost... but Tomas Fleischmann would be intriguing if his number was under 2

Not as close as you think ... maybe about the difference in the ND vs. USCw or ASU game last year.

You are just the worst type of person, aren't you? Not our fault Kelly is a sack of poop. This year he will have the most talented team he will ever coach. Playoffs or fire him is what I say.

A healthy Fleischmann would be very much intriguing. Is Fleischmann every healthy though?

No on the Spaling thing. Spaling needs to be dumped. Paying Spaling 2.2 mil to play 4C is even worse than paying Fehr 3 mil to play 4C. Fehr is much better.

You opened the door dude. I think BK is gone after this year due to frustrations with ND's academic requirements ... the same thing that made CUM say no.

Can't wait for the sideline meltdown with Zaire this year. Should be fun.

Can't see him under 3M. Most likely 4M. That's a pay cut from his last contract.

I agree about dumping him, but if he's held onto obviously I would want him at 4c if we didn't have another option

3 full seasons played out of last 4, including the lockout year and last year he was at 66 games....

doesn't seem crazy injury prone at all

Perron-Crosby-Hörnqvist
Tikhonov-Malkin-Plotnikov
Stalberg-Berglund-Soderberg

This would mean Sutter and Kunitz traded for cap space.

Make it happen!

Isn't GMJR a little old to be going out with a Russian model?

GMJR is old, but why not give it a try.

Signing Tikhonov would be sweet. My neighbor listens to MM religiously and the only hockey talk he delivers is a puppet of the MM show. If two Russians were signed he would be so angry and annoyed, I would love it!!!

That's an expensive third line

But I like it. Does Soderburg play wing at all?

Something about blood clots and hockey players aren't good things. I guess we are far removed from that issue.

It just sounded cool to have an all sweedish line.

Would be interested in Berglund to replace Sutter? Soderberg I'm definitely interested in siging for this team. Another big body.

I don't think so. I'd ixne Bergy and just have Soderberg on playing C. No real reason to get Stalberg either.

Fairly sure he played wing against us when Boston swept us.

They are common and could happen to anyone depending on any injury they suffer. If we resign Blake Comeau he could break a bone and get a blood clot. Fleischmann has a track record of keeping it at bay.

DK sucks to listen to.

The callers are already raving about JR and the KHL signing. Its kinda funny how quickly ppl change.

Who plays first Anderson or Platkov?

Still better than that fat slob and his pathetic little catch phrases. Vanilla midget was used on this board for months.
Although, it is an easy way to spot who not to converse with.
