any idea what your daily carb intake is?

Now that I am on? I try to supplement the carbs with fruit (simple sugars) for the energy required to get me through my workouts and such. I couldn't give you an exact number, but I usually eat 3-4 pieces of fruit a day.
Also eat sweet potato 3-4 times a week. I eat a poop ton of veggies and protein, and of course healthy fats like hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
As for dairy, almond milk for something different than water and coconut milk in my coffee
