I wonder if this hard on for ROR is us digesting it wrong... We keep saying we would have to deal Reinhart or Zadorov to get him.... and we hate that.

and we talk about the move from Reinhart at 2C to ROR at 2C might not be the biggest differences in the world....

What if this is the trade for the 2RW that we have all said we need and the plan is to keep Eichel and Reinhart. ROR can play both wing and center and when he scored 28 he spent a majority of that season on the wing if I am not mistaken.

From what I heard he was mainly playing Left Wing, not right when he put up those points.

I'd like O'Reilly on my team any day, but not for a high price of acquisition and a hirgh price of retention. With that money I'd rather spend it on a defenseman. That's just me.

I'm open for anything, my entire life I watched other teams trade for star players while the Sabres (and Bills) have watched. Times have changed young prospects will get moved now and i have a feeling people are going to freak but look at our past. We haven't had any prospects turn into all-stars yet so i'm open for a risk

NO! Kid is gonna be a good one for years. Super star? No. Steady guy that can help your team get far? Yes. His outlet pass and skating ability are not easy to come by
