Murray already stated that he thinks its good to take a goalie at every draft. So I imagine if Samsonov and Blackwood are gone by 51, which is highly likely, we won't be taking a goalie until round 5 or 6 then. After these two guys there's not much else.

some have vladar rated higher, and there are some that have tomek rated very high as well...some have callum booth in the top goalie mix as well...*shrugs*...guess it all depends upon how murray grades them

He reiterated that Eichel is going pro, but I didn't really ask him much. I'm pretty sure Murray was irate after all the Babcock leaks. My friend works with an acquaintance of Murray and said he was disgusted with how Babcock treated them.

With good reason. I'm just hoping for an extremely entertaining draft tomorrow regardless of what ends of happening. It's nice to have a lot of high picks in a deep draft. As long as Murray holds firm in his proposals we can't really go wrong. If Van doesn't want 51 then keep moving on.

Not really.

He knows a few people around the league, scouts mostly. None of which are in Buffalo. His Buffalo connection is part of the HarborCenter team.
