The only players on our team that should be untouchable are Sedins, Horvat and maybe Virtanen and Cassels. That's it. If Edler in the deal can somehow get us Lucic get that S**T done JB...get it done.

Nobody over the age of 27 should be allowed on this team.

I heard the guys on the Sirius NHL channel this morning talking about this same thing. Holding off on the trades until the show starts. They made it sound like it was their idea, but it seemed more staged than anything. YOu could be to something here Carol!

@ahmedfrashidi just pointed out to me on Twitter that the pic of Benning and Linden that I posted in the blog is from the 2014 draft. This year's draft setup has team banners on the tables.

So, I guess we can't read too much into the facial expressions in that image...

Trading for Lucic is the exact OPPOSITE of what this organization needs to be doing.
