Lived the Pacific Mausoleum days n worked the home games.
Seems many kids of those sad fans r a chip off the ol block here.
As for many other bloggers here they get ignored mostly by ppl who cannot see past their nose or recall much history n how it applies to now n the future.

Here goes...
Gillis traded picks for the now n didn't get it done but was close.
Left nothing in the cupboard for immediate help.
He did make some good picks or signings:
Tanev Horvat Hutton (dark horse IMO) Subban (specialist)
Thats about all I'll credit him with.
Now a new regime is here n the changes started last year have shown us progress in Utica n patience n restocking talent.
Made the playoffs when many of us were not optimistic.
Horvat was injected n did well n shows real quality.
Sven was a good addition to start to fill in the gap from old vets to prospects.
He will fit in nicely given a new start. He sees his opportunity is now.
The team inherited by TL n JB was hamstrung by NTC's n takes time to get out from under. Year 2 is when changes will begin to show how badly the new direction is needed n how difficult the process to change is. The legacy MG left was we got close at a price. We will now pay that debt n struggle for a few years.

Good news is JB is hands on n scouts with his own eyes.
Cupboard has more goodies than ever before.
JB is patient n will groom picks as he says n has shown.
Rarely if ever that could be said in Van.
JB also will make more deals til his vision is closer to reality.
Reality is this is what MG made n JB has some unmaking yet to do.

Wait n see what assets we r getting n how they fare.
Nucks fans have never had this before n totally foreign to us.
