I don't buy that. Hamilton, IMO, is a much more important asset that Lucic. They could have easily traded Lucic, you're point is meek. |

Look on the bright side. At least you didn't trade him for Gomez |

Was never in favor of trading him for the 3rd. It was a step backwards in the short or maybe even completely. Once again was not my idea. Anything else I didn't say?
EDIT: I mentioned offering Krejci and the 14th for the 3rd. I didn't see any of your smug bullpoop about that one/ |

And gotten 1/3 of the return that Hamilton just brought. Then you all would have criticized Sweeney for trading lucic for a second round pick. |

You do understand the salary cap right? - nurk
I do actually and with the amount of money coming off the books next season in Lucic's contract they would have had plenty of room to resign.
Instead of trolling why don't you come over to the Bruins' blog and read why Ty published and what we discussed at length about how the Bruins would be able to resign him. If he did get offer sheeted in the neighborhood of $7 million they would have had room to sign him.
So go (frank) yourself we just lost our 21 year old cornerstone defenseman cause our former GM signed Chara till he was (frank)ing 40 |

The only way this could be funnier is if it was chiarelli to Edmonton and Sweeney was high on mushrooms |

And here I was saying that teams don't just simply "trade" for top 2 defensemen, especially teams like Calgary absolutely loaded with offense from their d corps...
AND HERE I'M PROVEN WRONG |

i said multiple times that krejci doesnt really do much on the az side of the equation. why would they want a guy about to enter the 30s and stuck with a big cap hit for 6 years? and hes always injured. |

Ah yes. Why don't I read what the almighty Ty Anderson wrote. Because what he says goes and his understanding of asset values when a team is up against the cap. |

I don't trust anything KPD says. If Twitter didn't have a text limit he fit in a cheap shot at Joe Thornton too. |

LOL....love it! Bruins love trading away cornerstone players. Seguin,Boychuk, and Hamilton who is just coming into his own. Habs swept them 4-0 last year, this year should be fun. Idiots! Hamilton will be an all star real soon! Boom! |

Maybe they can swing McQuaid to the Sabres for the number 2 overall. |
