Never know what might happen, but the Flyers are probably committed to Giroux, Couturier, Laughton, Bellemare down the middle. They also have Brayden Schenn who can play center, along with Lecavalier, and White if he is re-signed. So they don't exactly need a center.

Essentially the Flyers did not gain that amount of cap space in this deal. They basically gained 2.67M of cap space if they buyout Gagner.

If it allows the Flyers to do something else, like re-sign Del Zotto, or add another player, yes, I'd buy him out.

The conditional pick is a 2016 4th but since Arizona doesn't have one right now, and if they can't acquire one, the pick becomes a 2017 3rd.

I have less than zero interest in Kessel. But I'd understand Toronto aiming high, but I value Voracek slightly higher than I value Kessel, so an offer including Jake with Sanheim and a 1st would be so insulting to me as a GM that I'd counter with Rinaldo and Vinny for JVR and Gardiner.
