You seem to overlook who he's dressing while MDV was sitting every night.
I mentioned it, but all you can do is protect Berube.
It's not like he had faster, more skillful playing options.
He had maturity issues in NY, & Nashville, we all know that, but Berube is a genius for singling him out, while dressing the 2 pylons together?
Edit: Yeah, pinching in too often, that was the issue, he did play much better in the D zone as well.

I'm gonna be pissed if Gagner gets bought out and I don't even like him.He's a 40 point second linecenter at the age of 25 who could push Couturier to develop his offense. Turning Grossmann and Pronger into a young second line center on a one year, 3.2 million dollar deal is brilliant. Buying him out isn't. |
