I've reffed these prospect games in the past, I will tell you this much you wont see 14 goals scored. This game is probably going to be a 4-3 5-4 feel. These players are eager to make a great impression but they also play a smart game. You might see a flashy play here and there but this is going to be a closely checked game, you might even see a fight or two.

I'd be cool with that too. I just want to see a fun game and I think that's already a given. Last year I believe we had 8,000 people attend the scrimmage and that was tops in the NHL and this year we're looking to double that. It's just nice to be able to care again.

I'm hoping Weber gets visited by the hockey fairy and grants him some hockey smarts.

I remember reffing the scrimmage before the short season started. There were 10,000 plus in the arena tonights game will blow it out of the water. I wish I was home to ref it.

I vendor in the summer at Antique World and a buddy of mine tried to sell me a Dazzaling pair of Ace Fraley Boots (worn & signed) , wanted $250 but I had no idea what they were worth! Thought of you

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if he got one or even none depending on who he matches up against. He could easily dominate the game though. Already 14,000 tickets sold for tonight so it'd be real fun if he could do well.

Gotta imagine they knew we'd pay to watch it live so why stream it. 14,000 tickets at 10 bucks each that's a quich 140,000 in revenue for a game in July that the players aren't even getting paid for. Not a bad haul.

I have over $100,000 worth of KISS items and signed items are very limited, to many scams. As far as the price for the boots, I'd have to see them. I paid well over 500.00 for a pair of Gene Simmons boots and that just the bottom part.

Eichel mentioned that the Edmonton scrimmage was 4 on 4, so it's not much of a comparison anyways (not that any of us should give a poop).
