sorry for the late reply....but I seriously think the Pegulas have a lot of people whispering in their ears. They need a Buffalonian doing that job.....that actually cares about the team. Not someone with a high Klout score who lived in Buffalo once.

I was at the game. Team Gold was like watching the sabres vs.. Oh I dunno. The Ducks. Blue over powered them in all facets of the game. Eichel was actually great individually, but his line was just.. Not good.

Exactly what I saw. Played well, but the other 4 skaters on the ice with him were never in sync.

Best players in my eyes

Reinhart - Far and above everyone else
William Carrier - Looked really good on Eichel's wing
McCabe - NHL ready in my eyes
Catenacci - Looked really fast and skilled out there
Bailey - Heavy hitter with flash
Dupey - Looked impressive as well
Kea - Played the Matt Ellis type role but bigger and meaner
Kasdorf - Looked very impressive
Johanson - Looked good too
Olofsson - Best player for team gold

Eichel - Made some nice plays but line wasn't in sync
I know it's only development camp but Baptiste looked rusty

Awesome night at the Arena!

Most impressive for the game:

1. Samson
2. McCabe
3. Bailey
4. Eichel
5. Kea
6. Chapman (we sat three rows from the ice next to the Gold Team, and started chanting "We Want Chapman" "We Want Chapman" during most of the shootout, the guys on the bench were Laughing there ass off, and Chapman came back on the ice and gave one of us his stick and thanked us! The kids got "Moxy"

haha we heard the chant start and tried continuing it, but the shootout ended just at that point. Big improvement by chapman over the week as Monday he was the worst player out there. Today he was more than respectable and showed what he will do to belong. (not saying hes gonna be an nhl player or anything)

All I really have to say about the scrimmage tonight is all the fans came to expect the Eichel show and left satisfied after seeing the Reinhart show. Selke winner in the making.

I agree the that the sabres should go with a classic when they come onto the ice
