Before we go all ape crazy on ROR and base opinions on these reports, I'd like to hear from him and his side of it. It's bad no question and the Sabres are in a bit of a spot here but I have this feeling it'll sort itself out. The Sabres are investing a lot of money in him and have a decision to make as to what they want to do.

I just prefer to be more open minded and here the whole story. In the end the Sabres will need to do something about him. I don't want to make a knee jerk reaction at this point.

Silly fans, any team can go over the cap by 10% during the offseason, so they'd only have to be cap compliant by September. Oduya is probably deciding between:

3 years and $14m from Dal
4 years and $20m from BUF

There's an open hit and run case in the Town of Evans very similar to this. The main difference in that one is that there was a man on a bike that got hit and died.

Thankfully that didn't happen in this particular instance, but because they only know what vehicle it was that was involved and nobody saw the actual driver, there's no way of knowing for sure.

Don't need to be there, the police report explains it. His car, he is impaired, he left a scene. If anyone could enlightened me another side to the story I'm all ears. The only reason you leave a scene like that is when you are guilty.

It baffles me how dumb some of these athletes are. I don't make nearly as much as any of them, but I can afford a cab, or phone a friend after Ive been drinking.
