Guys, don't bother with morality or the law. At the end of the day he's our guy. He's been given a great opportunity right with under Terry Pegula and this is a sign that he doesn't give a crap about it. Obviously driving under the influence and hitting a building is illegal. I don't think someone speeding or getting a DWI should make them being suspended from their work a completely unrelated situation.

If there is harm to someone then that's another story..

I work partly in safety for my company. We penalize guys for driving at excessive speeds because they are considered a threat to the company's overall safety.

Should I just let all that go depending on time of day and location. Should I also just say, eh nothing happened everything is ok here.

In some cases, yes, there are types of misdemeanors that shouldn't effect your work.

But in a professional athlete's case, they sign player conduct policies that more or less hold them to a higher standard than the average Joe. This, right here, is where the team and the league have a right to back hand you.
