Well if the sabres suspend him then so be it. Im not sure what precedent it would set. They wont suspend him for a length of time detrimental to the team so then it looks more like, well we look bad if we dont suspend him at all so heres a game or two.

If he was suspended by the league i can see your argument about being bound by a bargained agreement. He didnt sign it for the sabres, he signed it for the league. Unless im wrong and each team signs their own conduct policies.

Man I would list weather in Dallas as a huge disadvantage, can't stand the oppressive heat there in the summer. And the fact that the city is in Texas.
