I wouldn't mind them given Semin a look. It's virtually no risk at $1 million or so, and the guy might be motivated to save his career. That would, of course, require them to move a little bit of salary out. Amazing how far he's fallen, and how quickly.

You know, despite my ups and downs in my view of Kreider, that was the only draft, ever, that I got right. Kreider was the guy I wanted at that draft. And Kreider was the guy that the Rangers got. Jimbo's pal Jess Rubenstein killed the pick. Want the Rangers to take Jordan Caron or someone like that.
