Even through his growing pains, Bieksa was never near as bad as Sbisa is. Jus' sayin' is all - Zogg
Yes and no so I will respectfully disagree.
We technically don't know this yet. There were as many (if not more) Bieksa detractors before Bieksa signed his contract just like the whole Sbisa situation right now. Let's give Sbisa another full season to see how he balances out or improves like Bieksa did.
Some decent insight here on how much better off we are without Bieksa here even with guys like Sbisa in the lineup. - LordHumungous
I have never heard of the AB stat, but from reading that article the whole idea of improving upon last year's results would rest upon the idea that whomever is replacing Bieksa's contributions will be a superior player.
Is Bartkowaski,Clendening,Corrado so much of a sure thing that they will be better than Bieksa?
Does that mean Sbisa and Weber are relied upon much more than last season?
I have the Canucks as a possible playoff team next year as well but I disagree with how that article predicts success based upon the current replacement for Bieksa's minutes.

I hear you for sure as there are holes in any stats theories nowadays. I just liked the fact that it theorizes Bieksa being by far our worst DMAN last season and we are projected to be way better with him out of the lieup.
Is this a closed thread, members only? Season ticket holders sort of stuff?
Exclusive or inclusive?

Easy to join just as long as you have a sheep's mentality and can follow a herd.
CanuckDon is a bit slow getting the gang jackets made but they have chosen a theme song...

It could be worse, we could all be Nervous Nellies or Debbie Downers and have THIS theme song...

I'll work on the jackets. Great choice of songs! I love gangs! 😃🎉

I do like Beck! I wish musicians that can actually compose and write meaningful lyrics would get more attention and accolades than the canned popstar act that we are constantly being fed.
Then again I would rather look at Katy Perry's boobs than Beck's lyrics.

I'm heavy into alternative rock, like Smashing Pumpkins or Green Day, but yeah, Katy Perry boobs or Lady Gaga snatch.
